Rhipsalis pilocarpa is a cactus that grows as an epiphytic shrub with cylindrical, initially upright, later hanging stems that grow up to 16 inches (40 cm) long
At the top stems branch into whorls. The branches and stems are darker green. tinged red in full sun, and covered with white hairs growing from the areoles. Flowers fragrant white with pink Center bell-shaped, up to 0.8 inches (2 cm) in diameter, and appear at the end of the branches. Fruits are red to maroon spherical with bristle-like spines.

In the cause of an issue the buyer and shop can discuss either a replacement plant or shop credit to use on a future purchase. The buyer must return the damaged item in order to receive either the replacement or shop credit.
