Our Return Policy
Our shop strives our best to hand select the healthiest plants for all of our customers. We understand plants are perishable and damage may occur however we do not offer any refunds. In the cause of an issue, please reach out via email with your order number within 24 hours of its delivery to report any damage. The buyer and shop can discuss either a replacement plant or shop credit to use on a future purchase. The buyer must return the damaged item in order to receive either the replacement or shop credit. The cost of shipping for both the return label and replacement will be covered by the shop.
