Through this website, you can place an order 24/7.
We are a Canadian based small business and can only ship within Canada.
We ship our plants bare root in either sphagnum moss or aroid mix and will be required to be repotted upon its arrival.
Unfortunately due to the risk of shipping internationally, we do not ship outside of Canada.
At the moment, we use Fedex and UPS as our main shipping method. We do not use Purolator or Canada Post, however if a Fedex or UPS is not available in your city, please feel free to email us to arrange something.
We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed shipments by couriers and will not be able to refund or replace these shipments.
Unfortunately, no we do not ship to PO boxes as Fedex and UPS do not.
We use live negotiated rates from our Fedex and UPS accounts. We take the shipment's weight and measurements as well as the buyer's distance into account.
You will receive a similar plant to the one pictured, not exact. Leaves may have some blemishes due to travel, otherwise the plant are very healthy.
Local pick up is available for Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas. Please email us to receive the local pick up discount code before check out and to arrange a time.
