 Hoya Parasitica "Heart Leaf Silver” is a popular climbing houseplant now scientifically classified as Hoya verticillata, valued for its heart-shaped leaves, silver splash markings, and fragrant flowers

Light & Temperature
  • Bright indirect light: Essential to keep the high-contrast silver splash vibrant.
  • Avoid harsh direct sun: Can burn the thick leaves.
  • Warm rooms: Keep between 60°F–85°F (15°C–29°C) away from cold drafts. 
    • Water & Soil
  • Chunky soil mix: Use a blend of cactus/succulent soil, perlite, and orchid bark for maximum airflow.
  • Dry out between drinks: Water thoroughly only when the top 1 to 2 inches (or roughly 75% of the pot) are completely dry.
  • No standing water: Never let the pot sit in a saucer of water to prevent root rot. 
    • Humidity & Feeding
  • Average to high humidity: Adapts fine to regular home humidity, but thrives best around 50%–70%.
  • Light fertilizer: Feed with a diluted, balanced houseplant fertilizer once a month during spring and summer.

    Orders are collected throughout the week, packed for shipping on Sunday and shipped out Monday & Tuesday for the following weeks' orders.

    Return Policy
    Our shop strives our best to hand select the healthiest plants for all of our customers. We understand plants are delicate and damage may occur however we do not offer any refunds. In the cause of an issue the buyer and shop can discuss either a replacement plant or shop credit to use on a future purchase. The buyer must return the damaged item in order to receive either the replacement or shop credit. The cost of shipping for both the return label and replacement will be covered by the shop.
