Hoya sp Doi Tung

• Hoya sp. Doi Tung, frequently linked with Hoya carnosa, is an uncommon and highly coveted wax plant variety native to northern Thailand, prized by collectors for its substantial, glossy green leaves and distinctive velvety undersides.

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight (400–800 FC). It can tolerate lower light but may grow more slowly.
• Watering: Allow the soil to dry out significantly—about 75% to 90%—between waterings. It is sensitive to overwatering and "hates" clogged, soggy soil.
• Soil: Use a well-drained potting mix, such as a succulent blend or orchid bark, to ensure proper air circulation.
• Temperature: Best suited for warmer environments; it does not tolerate temperatures below 10°C (50°F).

Our shop strives our best to hand select the healthiest plants for all of our customers. We understand plants are delicate and damage may occur however we do not offer any refunds. In the cause of an issue the buyer and shop can discuss either a replacement plant or shop credit to use on a future purchase. The buyer must return the damaged item in order to receive either the replacement or shop credit.
