Return Policy
Our shop strives our best to hand select the healthiest plants for all of our customers. We understand plants are delicate and damage may occur however we do not offer any refunds. In the case of an issue the buyer and shop can discuss either a replacement plant or shop credit to use on a future purchase. The buyer must return the damaged item in order to receive either the replacement or shop credit.
Purchases made is at the risk of the buyer. We do everything we can with due diligence to ensure its safe arrival but we do not offer refunds for cold damaged plants as it is out of our control. Please message us within 48 hours of the plants arrival if there is an issue and we are more than happy to work something out.
