Where do you ship to?
We are a Canadian based small business and will only ship within Canada.
Does JBB Exotic Plants ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, due to the risk and time of shipping internationally we do not ship outside of Canada.
How do you ship your plants?
We ship our plants bare root in either sphagnum moss or aroid mix and will be required to be repotted upon its arrival.
What shipping carrier do you use?
At the moment we use Fedex and UPS as our main shipping method as we find it gets there much faster and more reliably than Canada Post.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
We use live negotiated rates from Fedex and UPS. We take the shipment's weight and measurements as well as the buyer's distance into account.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, no we do not ship to PO boxes.
Will I be getting the exact product pictured?
You will be getting a similar plant to the one pictured, not the exact plant. Though it may have small blemishes or differences, it is an extremely healthy plant.
Do you ship all year around including winter?
Yes, weather permitted! We normally ship with FedEx Express and UPS Express so please expect a surcharge in shipping to account for the fact that the plants need to arrive faster (1-2 days maximum) during the colder months.
How do you ship during the colder seasons?
We wrap plants in double sided thermal bubble wrap. We also offer 60, 72 and 96 hour heat packs for an additional $5.
Our Return Policy
Our shop strives our best to hand select the healthiest plants for all of our customers. We understand plants are delicate and damage may occur however we do not offer any refunds. In the cause of an issue the buyer and shop can discuss either a replacement plant or shop credit to use on a future purchase. The buyer must return the damaged item in order to receive either the replacement or shop credit. The cost of shipping for both the return label and replacement will be covered by the shop.
